Valdemar Børsting, Chairman
Mr. Valdemar Børsting is a seasoned commercial manager in the software business. He has been with start-ups such as Netscape Communications and RealNetworks as MD Nordic Countries. In 2001 he decided to dedicate his time to helping technology entreprenurs succeed working as a Business Angel. Mr. Børsting holds a Bachelor in Business Administration.

 

 

Svend Reimers
Mr. Svend Reimers is a veteran of the electronic industry with many years of management experience in the IC marked, having worked as Nordic Regional Manager and European DSP Program Manager of Analog Devices Inc. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.

 

 

Jesper Nørregaard
Dr. Jesper Nørregaard holds a PhD. and a M.Sc. in physics from the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen and has more than 20 years of semiconductor industry experience. Dr. Nørregaard has worked with start-ups and established companies, holds several patents and participated in a number of technology transfers to major companies inside and outside Denmark.

 

 

Peter Schrøder
Mr. Peter Schrøder has several years of experience in managing and developing innovative and internationally oriented growth companies. Prior to joining Partnerkapital/Vækstfonden in 2007, Mr. Schrøder was Commercial Director in NDS Denmark A/S (formerly known as Visionik Interactive TV), where he was active for 7 years. In addition mr. Schrøder spend 2 years at British Telecommunications in the business development group. He holds a MBA fra SDA Bocconi in Italy.

 

 

Rasmus Bjerregaard
Rasmus Bjerregaard is Investment Manager in Seed Capital and has a background from high-tech innovation and product development mainly from the electronis and telecommunications industries. His experince covers cooperate R&D management as well as startups in Denmark and abroad. Mr. Bjerregaard holds a Master of Science degree in electronics and computer science from the Technical University of Denmark, a Bachelor minor in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor of commerce, 1st part, from Copenhagen Business School.
