Valdemar Børsting, Chairman
Mr. Valdemar Børsting is a seasoned commercial manager in the software business. He has been with start-ups such as Netscape Communications and RealNetworks as MD Nordic Countries. In 2001 he decided to dedicate his time to helping technology entreprenurs succeed working as a Business Angel. Mr. Børsting holds a Bachelor in Business Administration.

 

 

Svend Reimers
Mr. Svend Reimers is a veteran of the electronic industry with many years of management experience in the IC marked, having worked as Nordic Regional Manager and European DSP Program Manager of Analog Devices Inc. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.

 

 

Jesper Nørregaard
Dr. Jesper Nørregaard holds a PhD. and a M.Sc. in physics from the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen and has more than 20 years of semiconductor industry experience. Dr. Nørregaard has worked with start-ups and established companies, holds several patents and participated in a number of technology transfers to major companies inside and outside Denmark.

 

 

Ulrik Jørring
Mr. Ulrik Jørring is Vice President in Vækstfonden and responsible for business development of a portfolio primarily within CIT and overall responsible for the business area Vækstkapital. Mr. Jørring is former CEO of Steria A/S and has many years of management experience within R&D, marketing, sales, and services in respectively Catalog International, Cray Communications and Maconomy (of which he was co-founder). Mr. Jørring graduated MSc and PhD from Technical University of Denmark and holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

 

Ulrik Danneskiold-Samsøe
Mr. Ulrik Danneskiold-Samsøe is Chairman of the Board for ØD-S Holding A/S. He is a specialist of noise and vibration control engineering and holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Denmark. He has co-founded the companies Ødegaard & Danneskiold-Samsøe A/S (1980) and Ødegaard A/S (1992), where he was responsible for global branding and marketing. The companies developed to be among the world’s leading companies within their fields, and were acquired by Lloyd’s Register in 2005 and by Schlumberger Inc. in 2006 respectively.
